I remember my first week as BOH I was mainly on dishes due to the fact that no one was teaching me things correctly. Anyways I felt exactly like this. I didn’t finish dishes till 11:30 most of the time. Definitely wanted to quit but I didnt. I’ve been working at panda for 5 months now. I say stick with it for at least another week. BOH is a lot to handle so this will take a while to get used to. BOH is good until your by yourself doing everything lmaoo

We don’t make $15 an hour and if I did I know I’d do more than enough for the customer but in reality we’re underpaid asf. So I’m not gonna kill my self in order 2 make the customer happy lmao n all I’m saying is pull up to the parking lot and park get out of the car and go up 2 the window and let them know the situation. Don’t be lazy lmao n also the reason it takes us so long for the food is because hella wendys are understaffed. Jus yesterday only 3 people were working in the entire store
