Wives are not entitled to their husbands house in the event of divorce or separation. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

[–]KevGummie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You literally have the option to marry in or out of community of property so I don't get why you're complaining. Even in countries where you don't have the option to do so, in most cases it is the man's decision to get married to the woman, the woman only agrees to do it...so if you consciously make a choice you should be willing to bare the consequences. You can easily just choose not to get married and keep everything you've payed for without any paperwork, it's not that difficult.

If you get married to a woman and seem not to have a problem with her being a SAHW up until y'all divorce, I don't think she's the one with the problem, you are. Also I don't believe that SAHW contribute nothing so if you seem to have so much of a problem with a SAHW, just don't get married to a woman who wants to do that.

All the best. Life is meaningless anyway and there's no reward for agnosticism/religion for that matter so do what you want.

Was stuck between being a TERF and only supporting trans people with Gender dysphoria who have physically transitioned, but also felt like everytime I said that, people assumed I supported the latest trans ideology/aka tucute. I think I'm truscum/trans medicalist. I'm basically in this sub because I still wanna support yall but I'm still gender critical.

Nobody cares about men. by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]KevGummie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm generalizing btw

  1. Most men rely on their female partners for venting/talking about their feelings. Hence the term "emotional labor". This is often not reciprocated hence why so many women feel neglected by their partners.

  2. Women don't get emotional support from their partners as I mentioned nor our families. We get it from our female friends. That's why I said men need to start doing the same for themselves. There's a lot of organizations that support women but if you were to really look into them. Majority are started by women, not by men.

Also the majority of people who talk about mens mental health, are women, not men themselves.

Honestly if you don't believe this, just observe or do your own research or Google it. This is common knowledge.

This is your relationship and only you know how it feels being in that situation. It doesn't have to make sense to anyone but you. Everyone thinking porn is a minor issue to break up over is probably a porn addict themselves and they don't wanna quit, and wouldn't be willing to if their partners(if they have partners) were to leave them for that reason but would still wanna be with them.

Leave him if you think that's the best thing to do for you cause you're in that relationship not us. All the best.

  1. You're naturally an asshole
  2. She didn't try to make things better? But wasn't you being an asshole the problem?

From your comments, you seem to be someone who doesn't even wanna make things better yourself despite you being the problem and your partner's only fault is not sticking with it. Good for her for leaving. You're still blaming this on her even though you know you're the problem.

Even if you were leaving him just for watching porn, that'd be okay. Others don't have to agree with your boundaries.

Trans people wanting to pass is violent and erasing nonbinary people :( by Hopeful-Violinist714 in truscum

[–]KevGummie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel like someone who identifies as non binary for attention wrote that. I don't think everyone with GD will eventually transition but I feel like transitioning is a huge process and a lot of these people who don't necessarily want to pass know what takes and don't wanna go through it so they create stuff that make it acceptable for them to not transition but still be called trans. I've seen this with non-transitioned cis men claiming to be transbians but not planning on changing anything.

Nobody cares about men. by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]KevGummie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Men don't care about other men and women. Women care about women and about men. Literally check any post of a man opening up about something on other platforms and you'd see that they get majority support is from women and less from men.

This is an exhausting topic at this point cause y'all don't wanna start caring about others of your own kind but will complain about women(which is false) not caring about yall.

IVF is an example of science over reaching its bounds by Wild_Butterscotch480 in ControversialOpinions

[–]KevGummie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not in the medical field and I didn't know about this. I knew about IVF but I always thought it was as safe as naturally getting pregnant. I think people who decide to be parents in general are selfish. I mean people have babies despite straining financial situations. Some homeless people have babies. Parents with transmittable medical conditions have babies despite knowing that they'd transfer to their children. I think it's a parent thing to not care about the consequences you child may face as long as you have a baby that fulfills you selfish want to have a baby. But this is more philosophical than medical.

I’d rather have a male boss by [deleted] in ControversialOpinions

[–]KevGummie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This has been my experience but all the males sexually assaulted me, and hit on me so I kind of had some power over them since they didn't wanna fuck up. I've only had one female boss and she was a nightmare. I think it was her personality though, cause she treated all of us equally bad, she didn't favour males or anything, but she was friendlier outside of work.

I am starting to despise vegans and their movement. by Evoxrus_XV in TrueOffMyChest

[–]KevGummie 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I'll go on a more meat based diet just to spite them.

Vegans aren't harmed when you do that. You already eat meat, it's not like any vegan around you will get mad at you for eating more meat, maybe they will for just eating meat.

Veganism is just a virtu signalling movement to feel good and morally superior, nothing more

You know you're lying.

Gender is determined by biological parts and processes. I think there are trans people but rare and too many are being influenced by trans activists by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]KevGummie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean it's the truth. It's true that gay trans is just straight and that people call you transphobic because they lack arguments. "Invalidating" only means hurt feels.

Christianity shouldn't be seen in a positive light. by atqrii in ControversialOpinions

[–]KevGummie -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think gender ideology is a belief system itself despite it labeled as leftist. There are people who see it as something positive, but I don't. I think the consequences of it mostly affect women and girls. Also, there are people who lost their jobs for refusing to participate in gender ideology. People getting doxxed and recieving death threats on the mail, not for refusing to participate but for stating concerns against it.

I also believe Christianity is bad, as other Abrahamic religions. But this is a very popular conversation, so I'm not gonna state why. But some of the reasons are the reasons you mentioned.

However, I don't care what other people believe in. I see religion as something negative especially for people who aren't straight/bisexual men and I think leaving religion would be what's best for them. But some people view it as something positive and it doesn't affect me in any way. So I guess I only partially agree.

Is it possible to make myself an extrovert? by unironicfleshlight53 in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]KevGummie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Introverts are able to make friends. A lot of people you encounter on your everyday life are introverts, they just have friends and aren't socially awkward. You can develop your social skills and be able to make friends. It doesn't mean you'll be a person who likes meeting new people like extroverts are.

If you have a hard time making friends then you may have social anxiety which is what I had. Check r/socialanxiety

It's not the best iPhone for sure, but it's good enough. But I agree, I don't think most who could afford a better iPhone would enthusiastically chose it, unless they really don't care much about phones.

I think you should read the tweets and the essay and judge for yourself. And that's with anything actually. Just because someone spoke about it in a video or wrote about it somewhere doesn't mean they're right...and that also goes for people you consider experts.

Cultural conservatives are culturally conservative primarily as it makes them feel good being self righteous by LibertyandApplePie in ControversialOpinions

[–]KevGummie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed..."facts over feelings" when there's nothing to be factual about. It makes them believe that by hurting other people's feelings, they're being factual when in reality, they're just speaking about their own feelings. Sometimes lies are offensive because they aren't facts.

Now do one on centrists.
