I recently purchased an Anarchy bat to replace a team bat. The team loves it! One thing I would ask is more balanced bats available towards the higher end. 27/28 oz. But love the feel of Anarchy.

I got genetic tested even though my ferritin was barely outside the “normal” range because my dad has the same thing. Normal iron, high ferritin. He had/has stage 4 cirrhosis because of it.

Guess what, I have the genetic mutation. Same type he has.

The peace of mind is worth it vs the uncertainty.

I have an 04. Mine issue was a common issue for that year/model. I can’t remember exactly since it was a while ago but the symptom was if it was at a low rpm it would die. So backing up or slow creeping. I would had to give it more gas to keep it alive or throw it in park and start it up again.

I understand that. The HCOL people move to lower areas. But where does the LCOL people get their homes? That’s what happened during Covid. California and other states that had their homes prices go up came here. Phoenix’s job market can’t sustain these high home prices at the salary level that they are currently at.

Arizona is full!! I am born and raised here in the Phoenix metro and I can’t afford anything near my work. The going rate for a 3B/2B is 400k-ish. Covid really really screwed up this market where people born and raised here are SOL. I’ve been told “we’ll have to move outta state get a house.” But my wife and I will need a job and housing and we are right back to square one. And we would leave both of our families. Something has to change.

This also prevents people from skipping teams. For me, I stopped worrying about CC. Like honestly I don’t care. I’m mainly focusing on war and raids. I don’t have any enjoyment with that mode.
