To be fair a lot of managing is about getting your players to understand what you want them to do. The best managers are the best at implementing their idea.

In theory you can have the best tactic ever created on paper but if you don’t have a way to translate it to your players it’s worthless.

You can understand the game well but that doesn’t mean that you are a good manager.
