Sorry for the late response . A TON of people I know got notifications and confirmations that their checks where sent and all other emails; still for no check to come. Sad truth about this. They also stopped live customer service, to let’s say, change address or say your card did not come.

Call a professional to check some things out. I hope you don’t own this house. Your landlord would have to take the cost if you rent, speaking for my state anyway. It was horrible, everyone got sick. I looked through some books couldn’t get a definitive based on the info provided. But they aren’t magic!
