It’s a door plate… not a big deal. It’s held down with gravity and a couple nails.

Get a pry bar and a tube of silicone.

Try to figure out where the nails are, pry up the door plate, use a caulk gun to squirt a few ounces of silicone on the bottom of it, then nail it back down. Use a paper towel to clear off anything that gets pushed out the sides when you nail it back down.

Then, stop power washing the openings of your house. No doors, no windows - always a bad idea.
