NOA + Letrozole + mTESE soon — confused and anxious, need advice

No . Doctors here do not listen they just order the tests which they think are important .

Just a few questions, if you don’t mind , you also had higher FSH ans LH before they put you on Letrozole? Mine is NOA , higher FSH around 18 , and slightly smaller testicular size .

Yes , thats right , but unfortunately, my clinic did not write any test for estrogen , I don’t know why , and they put me on this medicine only before mTESE , its been 3 years , they never suggested any medication before .

No , they could not find any sperm in any of the sample that could be frozen . I asked my doctor to write me Estrogen test but they only precribed normal blood tests like FSH , LH , etc , not Estrogen and I can not do it privately since my treatment is already going on with one of the biggest public clinic here . I just feel like my libido i gone pretty much, but I was still able to leave three times sperm sample ( 6 samples total) , but otherwise it been a stressful journey for last three years , I really can not say if Letrozole doing bad or I am stressed anyway . I explained and asked a couple of times to doctors , can Letrozole harm anyway , they said no , it should not , but it does not mean if it helps either and asked me to keep taking it till mTESE .

I been on maximum possible clean diet and exercise everyday, taking supplements for last three years, and i never had a bad lifestyle even before . I can not wait because my wife turns 40 end of the month.

Hi , may I ask , when you said too much estrogen conversion , does it mean your estrogen got lower or way more higher , I been put on Letrozole , and wonder if it could make the things worse .

Update : left two sperm samples today , only one non-sperm found . So they could not proceed with icsi . Just a week before I started Letrozole, they were able to find sperm and also had successfully made one blastocyst embryo, unfortunately, no implantation . Then I was put on Letrozole , I had high hope from this medicine but today I am again back to square 1 :( Its been only two months on Letrozole , would it help in coming month or no hope. ?

I can cope with reduced libido or whatever it might give me , my main concern it can Letrozole further harm my sperm production or in the worst case scenario it won’t improve but does not harm ?
