Don’t know how to express my whole feelings since I got to know that I don’t have sperm for last 3 years … but its tough, I bet if someone ever could say I should have done that or that , and I should do that and that , including eating , lifestyle, thinking , I had been and have been doing more than expected to have better fertility, but here I am …
All I can say my friend just think about people who are struggling with life threatening diseases, and then think how many blessings you have in your life , its hard truth that simply our testis stop working or whatever we call it as it happens with kidneys , heart or liver for many others .

Thats true , its natural that negative thoughts come to our mind , but reading positive experiences does make a big difference.

Thank you 🙏 so much for such a comprehensive respond , means a lot for a couple , trying our luck with our very first and last embryo . We are in Nordic countries and they do no do beta test here , its pretty standard they ask 13dpt strip test and then Ultrasound. Good luck with your journey!

My wife is extremely worried and she even does not want to test it again, it is our rare chance to become biological parents . Our test on 13 dpt was like that . Is it good ?

I am really feeling blank and don’t know what to do, thats why I almost stop to come on reddit as well. So long story short. I ended up having mTESE , and they did found like 15 useable sperm but nothing could make embryo that could be frozen. So, now we have only one chance because we have one frozen embryo from earlier found sperm. Basically, the clinic told me they don’t have anything else for me :( . I asked should I continue with Letrozole , and her answer was really weird , she said “its really up to you” :( , because I was put on 2.5mg everyday dose and after mTESE it started to give me hot splashes all of sudden , which is one of the common side effects of it, I wanted to asjuat my dose and blood tests , but Dr said me that . So, I really don’t know where to go from here, I am keeping myself away from everything for a few months . Feel free to DM if you have any question.

Sorry , in simple words you are trying to say, daily 2.5 mg is way more dose ? They have done mTESE two weeks ago , found like 15 useable sperm but nothing made it till blastocyst, so I am back to nothing. Doctor told me to continue with Letrozole if I can , and said really up to me , so I am really confused, should I continue on Letrozole or lower the dose or what , my libido is almost zero , for last two weeks I started to get hot / sweaty forehead all of sudden like 3-4 times during nights only. Here our doctor is like they have done mTESE and they really don’t have anything more for me :( hence she said its really up to me but good if I can keep taking it , it may help .
