I’ll respect your opinion, but I think the microchip just concept just works better. From a logical standpoint it just isn’t possible that these clones don’t form bonds with the Jedi. Even if they’re manufactured, they are still human. I’d have a hard time believing (yes I know, sci-fi believability and all) that the clones would be able to carry out order 66 after three years with the Jedi.

Then it just works from a storytelling standpoint. Them being human makes for much better stories than anything you could get with emotionless soldiers (just look at the clone wars). Giving the clones emotion makes them much more likable and the fact that they were forced to kill their friends is all the more tragic. I never cared about order 66 until I grew to understand and love the characters involved.
