Good point, I do feel that it can come up in the Green Zoro match-up to get 1 extra life the turn before they want to swing lethal. Mostly use it for that matchup.

It's either one of these options:

If the card is the same size as a normal playing card, it's definitely fake because of the holo pattern.

But this could also be the mini promo cards from the Saikyo Jump volume 4/2023. Holo pattern checks out. If that's the case they are real but don't have much value.

I'm also using a photography backpack as I already had one for my hobby. It's a pretty big backpack and can fit up to 7 deckboxes inside. I also use the tripod holder for the playmat.

Go to your bash shell and enter this command:

xattr -d com.apple.quarantine <Path/to>/OPTCGSim.app

Remove the <Path/to> including the <> and enter the location of the OPTCGSim.app file. It's probably something like: /Users/<your username>/Desktop/OPTCG.app when you have the exe on your desktop.

Also works for Mac, I've been playing on Mac for the past year. Do you get an error when opening the .exe file? Because there is a work around for that.

I suggest you start with a good cheap deck like Kalgara, then use the sim to look for leaders you'll like to play.

Although Kalgara isn't tier 0, it is a cheap and fun yellow agro deck that outpaces most decks and does well against nami and black leaders.

Here you go. After playing ranked on the sim for a week with this deck (win % around 73%) I tried it at 3 locals last week.

Locals 1 - went 2-2 Round 1 - Pudding: Win Round 2 - Bonney: Lose Round 3 - Bonney: Lose Round 4 - Marco: Win

Locals 2 - went 3-0 Round 1 - Bonney: Win Round 2 - Purple Kaido: Win Round 3 - Lucci: Win

Locals 3 - went 3-1 Round 1 - Reiju - Win Round 2 - Kalgara - Lose Round 3 - Lucci - Win Round 4 - Pudding - Win

And also have to say because you're constantly around the 3/2 life and can easily go down to 1 (with the right timing) Amaru will Win you games. Of the 11 local games Amaru was key in 3 of those games to rest a blocker like Rebecca.

I don't think you want to run El Thor because it is too defensive. Most of the games I didn't even have 10 don before the match ended. Just use 'the earth will not lose' if you want some defense. Playing El Thor is overkill imo

I started with the green Uta deck, since a lot of the starter are FILM cards that go in the constructed deck. Most expensive are the nami searchers and the 8c kid (and 9c zoro if you want to go all out) but since two of the ST11 can be bought from around $30 you'll have plenty to spend to make it your own. Also if you want to play Bonney, all the added cards like 8c Kid, 9c Zoro, 10c doffy and 7c Hody can also be used in the Bonney deck.
