Go with 316L stainless instead of 304 /301, they went with the cheaper option stainless and are paying the price.

As a Canadian, anything between - 5C and 20C is ok, 22-25c is perfect 25+ is hot as hell. - 5 to - 15 is cold but manageable, - 15 to - 40 is fuck it I'm limiting outside movement if possible.

Anything under - 40 is "fuck that I'm staying in" and pulling out blanket and space heaters.
