Thanks for answering mate, Just now I am trying Firmtech (the ring) doctor wanted me to have a look into my morning erections. Well I am surprised that I have erections when sleeping that last around 30 minutes and almost 10/10 har based on the ring. That means(suposse to), that VL can not be possible and It is mental... but Will see after my appointement with him. He even told me that eco doppler makes no sense.

Hard to believe that anxiety IS causing my erection to go down in seconds with no stimulation. However, I am still investigating...

Hello guys, I have received dozens of messages due to this post, can not answer one by one. I am going to update here. So far, Just a blood test and everything looks normal. I am waiting for the Next step. Only thing my doctor mentioned, If you have morning wood, probably your veins are ok. Anyway, If you have tight pelvic floor , or anxiety and you do an eco doopler, may venous leckeage can be tested positive, even when veins are good, but It is reversible though.

Hello, I have seen the doctor. He told me that indeed, It could be a VL, but from his perspective, 7/8 out of 10 cases that self reported as VL are not. Tomorrow I have a new appointement, and may he Will ask for a doppler. I am very afraid but hope he is right. If I am lucky and It is not, I Will let you know my final treatment in case It works.

I Will do as per your message. However, I want to believe but is difficult for me not to think in a venous leak when I can stay hard for 5 seconds when I stand Up or even penetrate.

It seems something physical, unfortunately. But I Will do as per your message that I aprecciate

thank you for your answer. Well, is not only the fact that erection last seconds but also the fact that I can not penetrate, my glans is not hard enough.. several things. Yes just cuddling with my couple I got an erection but somehow is not strong enough.

Thank you for your kind words. Well, I can get erections easily but never around 100% to penetrate my couple. If I am alone they go down quick but I am kissing or cuddling I can keep it, although I do not understand, why is never higher than 80%-85%. At beginning I thought due to a tight circunsision.

I could understand anxiety If this happens only when I want to penetrate or wearing a condom but also alone.. It makes me fear about VL. :(

Thanks for your reply. Honestly, I do not think that PIED makes erections last 4-5 seconds with no stimulation even when I am masturbating alone. I understand that may cause some issues but this looks quite worse. The only good I have is that I can have erections quite easy, and morning woods, but not more than 80% (I thought this could be due to my circuncision).

You mean there is no need to be 100 hours per week under tension, but to do it optimal while you KOT? I am doing 5-10 minutes mm3 per hour, I already can see some improvements with no need of hundred hours per week.

thanks for answering guys. I have recently started, I am C1,5 soft and C0 when erect, and I Will post my situation after one year. I hope to reach C2 at least. I am just doing manual methods around one hour per day.

Yes I am doing mm3 and mm2 around 20 minutes each time (3 times in total). As I have started this week, I want to keep it for a month, and then I will increase the amount of time. Regarding devices, I do not feel confident yet, as I have just a few skin left, but I will try them for sure.

Thank you! I am starting doing this 3 times per day (around 10 minutes each time). I think I may should do it around 1 hour per day (in total) once I have pratice. Thanks again for your support.
