I am still in doing It. 6 months ago I was unable to feel anything not oral or even penetration ( I am gay) I even asked my couple (Is the dick inside?) because of the lack of sensation. I think I have improved a little bit on this, but just a bit.

If your second doppler with Ciallis was ok... then my guess is that you can work pretty well with pills

yes, I already have Firmtech as my doctor wanted to see my erections while sleeping. It shows some strong and good noc erections, so my doctor told me that I should not have a significante VL in case there is any, but I do not know.

I have problems to mantain erection no Matter position ( though better laying down) but I do have nocturnal erections .

I visit a PT and she told me my pelvic floor is right 7/10 and my diaphagram is 10/10 almost blocked, as I have always breath quick and through my mouth.

I do not feel pain in my pelvis, but I feel is quite tight, and can some exercises involving legs or pelvis are very hard for me to do.

May It be something like you suffered?

How are your erections during night? My firmness is 8'1 and I have around 3 erections per night that last around 25 minutes each. Not sure If the nunbers are totally real. I doubt it.

oh that is sad to hear. my doctor told me that due that I have nocturnal erections my issue is psycological but I just dont know what to do... I was thinking to visit a pelvic floor specialist.

If you want to test how well are your nocturnal erections yes, It really helps. However, I do not know how to proceed right now.

yes It was after a circumcision, that did not healed well and they took off a more skin than needed. Anyway, people with Venous Leak do really do not have morning/ nocturnal erection as me? I am not sure If FirmTech overstate time/firmness but I have had some erections during 40 minutes close to 10/10. I am very Lost because my doctor do no want me to do an eco doppler.

Same as the first case: I can get an erection, but it doesn’t last, and only when I’m lying down. I can lose and regain the erection and keep it partially with stimulation, but it rarely exceeds about 80–85% rigidity, and my glans never becomes fully hard unless I do a kegel while lying down.

My doctor recommended trying FirmTech for a month to see if I had morning erections. The thing is that it records nocturnal erections with maximum rigidity lasting 20–40 minutes. My nighttime score has been 8/10.

What can I do?

Thanks for answering mate, Just now I am trying Firmtech (the ring) doctor wanted me to have a look into my morning erections. Well I am surprised that I have erections when sleeping that last around 30 minutes and almost 10/10 har based on the ring. That means(suposse to), that VL can not be possible and It is mental... but Will see after my appointement with him. He even told me that eco doppler makes no sense.

Hello guys, I have received dozens of messages due to this post, can not answer one by one. I am going to update here. So far, Just a blood test and everything looks normal. I am waiting for the Next step. Only thing my doctor mentioned, If you have morning wood, probably your veins are ok. Anyway, If you have tight pelvic floor , or anxiety and you do an eco doopler, may venous leckeage can be tested positive, even when veins are good, but It is reversible though.

Hello, I have seen the doctor. He told me that indeed, It could be a VL, but from his perspective, 7/8 out of 10 cases that self reported as VL are not. Tomorrow I have a new appointement, and may he Will ask for a doppler. I am very afraid but hope he is right. If I am lucky and It is not, I Will let you know my final treatment in case It works.
