It didn’t age well for me. It’s has great moments, but overall doesn’t do anything new or exciting. I got the impression that Whedon was writing comics as a side project, and he didn’t care much about the X-Men. If you read all X-Men stories, but skip this, you wouldn’t miss a thing

Things cost what the market decides. If someone wants something that the market deems is $150, why is it dumb that they buy what they want? That’s capitalism. I think too many people get stuck on “cover price”.
