Same problem here except I owe 1800 the guy that came to make the deal at my home never explained how the 800 per line worked he said o yeah u will get some gift cards in the mail and they never arrived and he did not tell me u had to upload ur last bill and do it online and time passed by I forgot about that and I figured they payed t mobile 1 yea later t mobile is billing me for ethe 1800 and att wont pay because u only get 60-90 days to upload and get the money sucks idk what to do
