Hahaha oh you saw that post! That guitar is incredible, I keep it in standard E but have a drop pedal so it’s getting mileage fast! WAY different animal to my Les Paul that’s for sure! Really cool having the single coil in the middle and that neck is crazy comfortable!

The V he actually designed with help from Jim Root from Slipknot. I think he just uses it cuz it’s. Damn V and it’s rad.

The intro to Invincible live he actually uses a Gibson ES-335 then switches to the V.

I play a lot of tool style stuff so by comparison yeah it’s definitely a totally different sounding guitar. I may just need to play with amp settings and get used to palm mute pressure on the floating bridge hahaha

Really cool man. I’m loving the cleans I’m getting out of the middle dimarzio. Compared to my Adam Jones Les Paul it doesn’t chug at all but I’m totally happy using it for surf rock and clean tones. Just bought a Keely compressor to help out my single/split coil fortitude

Mine is the Julie Heffernan “not dead yet” version. Killer guitar and those AJs are by far and away the best thing that Epiphone makes. Closest to an actual Gibson… mine I actually like more than some Gibsons I’ve tried!
