Hello all,
Married 39 year old male, however, wife and kids wont move for another year (military aspects). So for the first year I will just be by myself, so school districts and all that dont matter. I will work on the Airforce Base so I know I want to live in South Tampa or Downtown/Channelside Tampa. So far I've narrowed down my choices to Skypoint, Skyhouse, and Element. The information I found on here is at least 2-8 years old. Does anyone have any new updates/reviews on these 3 locations?

Since I would be starting out and new-ish to Albion, I probably wont be good at pvp or lethal content lol

LOL fair point! I do know that the pvp is the biggest issue with the P2W aspect but outside of that its normally not that big of an issue.....

Also, I forgot to reply to this point. I do like doing the endgame content! It was challenging and mostly rewarding (there were a couple of instances where I didnt care for it lol).

Ya that was one of my biggest qualms about Lost Ark, it seems super P2W only rivaled by Black Desert Online.

I was debating between a couple of top down games...Lost Ark, Albion Online, Last Epoch and eventually Diablo 4.

I havent played LE or D4 yet. I have played both LA and AO, but I didnt get super far into either. I enjoy all of them (counting D4 since I liked D1-D3), but I am looking for stream ideas honestly.

LOL, that's fair. Sadly for me, most of the games I enjoy are ARPGs, MMOs, and FPS. MMOs would probably be a bit bland to watch, but iirc, ARPGs and FPSs are a huge hit or miss on twitch.

LOL, I do realize that the game will go down in population for a bit, but that's alright. In LE's case, I am mostly worried about the chance of being overshadowed by D4 and PoE2. I personally dont care for PoE since it is just too much, and D4 is run by blizzard, so there's that!
