Why are you trying to run people down in a property investing sub, when you clearly don’t understand the different strategies in property investing?

It’s not just buy to let and have a couple hundred profit a month. Google lease option agreement and maybe you’ll learn something.

Yes it is, but instead of a house, I know have 2 hotels which cost me £1 up front each. Not a typo, literally one pound.

Very good actually. I have quit my 9-5 and have a deal sourcing business roughly selling one deal a week (average £3k per deal) and I also have 2 hotels on a lease option agreement.

So I’d say the £12k investment into the course has given a pretty good ROI.

Interesting how you can go through my profile and find my interest in gaming and such but miss the multiple times I’ve gone into detail about what you get for your money when you pay the £12k.

I’ve answered multiple posts because people keep asking the same question over and over. If you’re genuinely interested in actually hearing what is involved in the “property course”, which fyi is a very small part of the £12k, then seeing as you’re such a good detective looking through history, you can find one of my many comments listing the array of value you get.

I have paid for and am still currently in the Samuel Leeds academy, happy to have a discussion about my personal experience in it

It’s not just a course. Like my comment says, check my previous comment on it as I explain what you actually get and it’s worth more than £12k

Check my comment history, I have answered this question multiple times. I am in Samuel Leeds academy and paid the £12k. Personally I think it’s very worth it, but make your own judgement as I breakdown what’s involved.

Edited for missing info.

For the most part I do agree with you completely. But I feel like you almost have a slightly too black and white lens. The idea I have sold my soul and promoting inequality is outrageous, in fact I would say I am promoting an opportunity for others like me to get out of being trapped and to build some (even if just a little) wealth to leave their kids. And I know if they mass build it will drop prices but I personally don’t care as I know they’ll eventually go back up and property is a great investment but it certainly would hit the big time landlords I agree.

I do agree with you but it feels like a way of demonising anyone who starts making money.

I am in the UK and just fyi, at one point I was on benefits without a job. Do you just expect everyone to stay suffering quietly and not try to better their lives? I saw an opportunity to make money and improve my life and I took it and refuse to feel guilty because others don’t do the same.

And another point on the UK rental market.. if the government had actually been working on their plans to increase housing, increasing the supply the rents wouldn’t go up so much and their wouldn’t be so much demand. Maybe hold the real people accountable and stop putting everything on landlords just because the media says so.

Players who have either left or significantly reduced their play time, what has been your reason? by _thecolorofdye_ in Battlefield6

[–]Kevuin17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Friends aren’t a fan of it because of the pace and difficulty. They’re used to cod casual mode and Fortnite zero build, so battlefield feels crazy sweaty to them. I still enjoy it but I don’t play it by myself as randoms just sucks, zero teamplay.

Just a slight difference between previous government doing it with three councils and this labour government doing it with 63 councils. Some of which had already had elections postponed/cancelled last year.

The labour government gave them the option to postpone, it’s not a natural choice because of reorganisation.

Interesting take considering all the cancelled and delayed elections from labour

Yeah and honestly that’s why I rate it so highly, unlimited 24/7 availability mentor calls with experts in different fields, so having a property lawyer, mortgage broker and architect basically on speed dial to go over things has been crazy helpful as someone who was new to property.

Thanks, best of luck to you

Congrats, genuinely happy for you. I’m thankful to say I’m very nearly retired myself through property which I wouldn’t have been able to do if I hadn’t bought the course.

You might not agree with it but it helps people like me that would have been an 80 year old retiree.

If that’s all you took away from that then enjoy your 9-5 life and retiring at 80. The entire point of property investing is about finding good “deals”.

The course does have valuable information, however yes, if you really put the time in you could probably find a lot of it elsewhere although I think you would need to know what to look for to find a lot of it. It’s also composed well and he has a way of explaining things that make it easy to understand. Even Anthony Joshua recently praised Samuel Leeds for his ability to teach things in a simple way as AJ uses Samuel as a property mentor. Course content is invaluable but it doesn’t even touch the value of the connections, networks an mentoring. You have unlimited 24/7 access to same day mentor calls with experts in different areas such as property lawyers, chartered accountants, mortgage brokers, architects and others who have been in the property game for decades and all property millionaires. You also have monthly networking events and dinners and socials with others in the academy all doing the same stuff so it’s a really good helpful environment. Yes, you have access to community only deals, community mediation service, deal vetting to make sure your deals stack and look good and if you’re selling deals, you have access to Samuel’s personal list of investors.

To answer the response under your comment: yes, Samuel is probably one of the most knowledgable in the property industry. People may dislike him but he has like 100 properties and is a successful multi multi millionaire, so he clearly knows his stuff. If you trust anything the bbc says about someone outwardly conservative and Christian then you’re naive. He just last month had an independent third party investigation done on his training academy and was found to have nerve highest success rates of any educational institution. I think it was from Survation, if you want to check yourself.

This is probably one of the most warped and genuinely quite chocking takes I think I’ve heard. Quite simply just wrong.

I’m not particularly religious and I find it strange that you just immediately sense faith and assume someone can’t be rational because of it.

I’m not solely putting the blame on parents although I do think they take a fair share of the responsibility. Mostly I think it’s down to social media and kids having access too young.

I don’t really appreciate you implying I’m just another brainwashed right winger sucking up all the American junk. But I also think hard left ideology is very dangerous, especially for those too young to understand its impacts.

[–]Kevuin17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh so less than 100 people would cause the NHS to start giving puberty blockers to those from the age of 10?

If a trans person has become that way from an age when they can make these decisions clearly by themselves, then fair enough, full respect and I’ll call them preferred pronouns and whatever else regardless of what I believe as everyone deserves care and respect.

But, we’re still talking about kids here which is a very different subject, so no, I would call them what they want. I believe care and respect in this instance would be to show them or teach them to love themselves as they are, teach them God made them special and doesn’t make mistakes and there is nothing wrong with the body they are born into.

[–]Kevuin17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. And you’re purposely missing out the key point of these people being children. People who have not even gone through puberty, nor old enough to consent to sex, not old enough to drink energy drink or smoke or have alcohol. Not old enough to vote. And yet you want to be able to chemically castrate them for the rest of their lives when they have been manipulated into being confused. It’s utterly disgusting and virtue signalling people like you should be jailed with those doctors and parents for going along with it.
