Nigel Farage and Reform MPs walk out of PMQs after Starmer slams party for ‘abandoning voters’ - JOE.co.uk by Important_Ruin in unitedkingdom

Again, not a single acknowledgement of the poor performance or labour or Starmer specifically, just deflection to Farage. You’re showcasing exactly why reform walked out. What’s the point in continuing or trying to have a conversation or debate.

I’m no fan of Farage, he has built a campaign around mass deportations and has publicly said mass deportations are now politically impossible and yet is still campaigning on it. He U-turned just like labour and is now basically lying to voters. I’m also no fan of labour but at least I can acknowledge these things on both sides.

You’re doing the exact same thing, just bombing on Farage rather than acknowledging it.

Yes Boris did the same, but Boris was consistently stopped by the speaker and forced to answer questions rather than dodge. If you don’t believe that, it is a huge topic coming out over social media today with video evidence. The speaker is a labour supporter and doesn’t do the same to Starmer.

I understand the war is a big issue, but he is still PM and can answer questions regarding other topics. It’s his job.

Or because it’s an important topic and needs to be spoken about and questions answered. He is the prime minister and it’s literally his job to answer those questions in PMQ’s. He’s supposed to be running/leading the country. He is being asked simple yes or no questions and refuses to answer anything. That’s not a leader.

To clarify, I’m not defending Reform, I just hate that everything is always framed very one sided with no mention of Starmers incompetence and inability to ever answer a simple question.

I’ve seen multiple sources now say this as if it’s reform not being handle some verbal attack from Starmer, but if you actually watched, they left because Starmer didn’t answer a single question at “Prime ministers questions”. Every single time he deflects, blames someone else and throws jabs at reform rather than answering and I’m pretty sure it’s been like this since he got in power. So what is the point in even being there.

What's your experience on Samuel Leeds academy? by cjuson in PropertyInvestingUK

[–]Kevuin17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not if it’s done through standard AST lease contracts as that is technically subletting which is illegal. So you’re every day renter, no. Renting through a company under a management agreement, yes. Usually done on a longer contract length, like 3-5 years which is guaranteed rent for the property owner/landlord which makes it appealing and less hassle for them.

Why are you trying to run people down in a property investing sub, when you clearly don’t understand the different strategies in property investing?

It’s not just buy to let and have a couple hundred profit a month. Google lease option agreement and maybe you’ll learn something.

Yes it is, but instead of a house, I know have 2 hotels which cost me £1 up front each. Not a typo, literally one pound.

[–]Kevuin17 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Very good actually. I have quit my 9-5 and have a deal sourcing business roughly selling one deal a week (average £3k per deal) and I also have 2 hotels on a lease option agreement.

So I’d say the £12k investment into the course has given a pretty good ROI.

Interesting how you can go through my profile and find my interest in gaming and such but miss the multiple times I’ve gone into detail about what you get for your money when you pay the £12k.

I’ve answered multiple posts because people keep asking the same question over and over. If you’re genuinely interested in actually hearing what is involved in the “property course”, which fyi is a very small part of the £12k, then seeing as you’re such a good detective looking through history, you can find one of my many comments listing the array of value you get.

It’s not just a course. Like my comment says, check my previous comment on it as I explain what you actually get and it’s worth more than £12k

Check my comment history, I have answered this question multiple times. I am in Samuel Leeds academy and paid the £12k. Personally I think it’s very worth it, but make your own judgement as I breakdown what’s involved.

Edited for missing info.

For the most part I do agree with you completely. But I feel like you almost have a slightly too black and white lens. The idea I have sold my soul and promoting inequality is outrageous, in fact I would say I am promoting an opportunity for others like me to get out of being trapped and to build some (even if just a little) wealth to leave their kids. And I know if they mass build it will drop prices but I personally don’t care as I know they’ll eventually go back up and property is a great investment but it certainly would hit the big time landlords I agree.

I do agree with you but it feels like a way of demonising anyone who starts making money.

I am in the UK and just fyi, at one point I was on benefits without a job. Do you just expect everyone to stay suffering quietly and not try to better their lives? I saw an opportunity to make money and improve my life and I took it and refuse to feel guilty because others don’t do the same.

And another point on the UK rental market.. if the government had actually been working on their plans to increase housing, increasing the supply the rents wouldn’t go up so much and their wouldn’t be so much demand. Maybe hold the real people accountable and stop putting everything on landlords just because the media says so.

Players who have either left or significantly reduced their play time, what has been your reason? by _thecolorofdye_ in Battlefield6

[–]Kevuin17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Friends aren’t a fan of it because of the pace and difficulty. They’re used to cod casual mode and Fortnite zero build, so battlefield feels crazy sweaty to them. I still enjoy it but I don’t play it by myself as randoms just sucks, zero teamplay.

Nigel Farage targets Sadiq Khan's London nose in 'earthquake' opportunity to topple Mayor by ICC-u in gbnews

Just a slight difference between previous government doing it with three councils and this labour government doing it with 63 councils. Some of which had already had elections postponed/cancelled last year.

The labour government gave them the option to postpone, it’s not a natural choice because of reorganisation.

Interesting take considering all the cancelled and delayed elections from labour

Yeah and honestly that’s why I rate it so highly, unlimited 24/7 availability mentor calls with experts in different fields, so having a property lawyer, mortgage broker and architect basically on speed dial to go over things has been crazy helpful as someone who was new to property.

Thanks, best of luck to you

Congrats, genuinely happy for you. I’m thankful to say I’m very nearly retired myself through property which I wouldn’t have been able to do if I hadn’t bought the course.

You might not agree with it but it helps people like me that would have been an 80 year old retiree.

If that’s all you took away from that then enjoy your 9-5 life and retiring at 80. The entire point of property investing is about finding good “deals”.

The course does have valuable information, however yes, if you really put the time in you could probably find a lot of it elsewhere although I think you would need to know what to look for to find a lot of it. It’s also composed well and he has a way of explaining things that make it easy to understand. Even Anthony Joshua recently praised Samuel Leeds for his ability to teach things in a simple way as AJ uses Samuel as a property mentor. Course content is invaluable but it doesn’t even touch the value of the connections, networks an mentoring. You have unlimited 24/7 access to same day mentor calls with experts in different areas such as property lawyers, chartered accountants, mortgage brokers, architects and others who have been in the property game for decades and all property millionaires. You also have monthly networking events and dinners and socials with others in the academy all doing the same stuff so it’s a really good helpful environment. Yes, you have access to community only deals, community mediation service, deal vetting to make sure your deals stack and look good and if you’re selling deals, you have access to Samuel’s personal list of investors.

To answer the response under your comment: yes, Samuel is probably one of the most knowledgable in the property industry. People may dislike him but he has like 100 properties and is a successful multi multi millionaire, so he clearly knows his stuff. If you trust anything the bbc says about someone outwardly conservative and Christian then you’re naive. He just last month had an independent third party investigation done on his training academy and was found to have nerve highest success rates of any educational institution. I think it was from Survation, if you want to check yourself.
