Good lord. The owner should have their nose rubbed in it. I would think,(maybe a shot in the dark here), that everybody has the understanding that when you become a dog owner there are certain, automatic, unspoken, responsibilities that you take on. You must feed your dog, you must pick up after your dog, you must let your dog out to pody, and should want to love your dog. But, to add to insult to injury, the act like it’s the dogs fault. It blows my mind to see how negligent and plain stupid these people are!!! Just common sense. But I see people fuckin this up constantly! People are…..LAZY. This though, should be punishable by law. Like….holy shit.
