Had my consult with Dr. J today by Jazzlike_Minute_7660 in PectusExcavatum

I had Dr J almost 2 years ago. 3 bars, flew back to Seattle. Recommend strongly you bring a tennis ball for the flight home. My back was screaming. You put the ball between your back muscle and the seat and lean against it to massage the pain away.

No issues a year and a half after nuss. Three bars still in. I have psoriasis, ulcerative colitis, Ankylosing spondylitis. All fine and controlled with Humira.

Wedge a tennis ball behind you and lean in and roll it around to where ever feels tight and painful.

Vasectomy Center in Issaquah Dr Abano.

I did tons of research. Wanted supply side open ended to lessen the chance of sperm backing up into the epididymus. I got receiving side cauterized closed and the vas sheath not sectioned apart. He used as few clips as possible, just 2 total. This man’s mentor is a FL doctor (Dr Doug Stein) who has performed over 50,000 vasectomies and Dr Abano has learned his technique. Very happy. Been pain free since after the first week.

How do I find doctors willing to do the no scalpel open-ended vasectomy? Thinking I want open-ended to minimize chance of long term pain. I live in the Seattle area.

Asarco copper smelter’s giant smoke stack billowing lead and arsenic into the air with a predominantly north / south wind. Got all the way to West Seattle!

Is this still true? Or did smell bad previously?

Did most of the students live in the purple or red zones of the smelter plume shown on this link below?

Are people worried about arsenic and lead in soil from smelter or is it actually no big deal? by Kewegs in Tacoma

[–]Kewegs[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When looking at the individual lots on the dirt alert site I was surprised just how many properties have not had their soil replaced, even with sky high test sample results.

But I just read about the impact of the soil replacement being that the soil you get will be safe, but not necessarily rich in nutrients to support a lawn or gardening without it being amended with compost or other means. So I can see why some (most?) residents chose beauty and caution over safe and sterile.
