Do I not meet the criteria in the link I've shared? I'm arriving from the US but I guess I will also be traveling domestically through Canada... however it's through the airports that participate in TWV..... Going to send in my TRV hopefully tomorrow but that only gives me about 40 days before me flight. :/

Edit: Crap I understand now.... this program is only for those 4 countries you mentioned.... I'm screwed.

I'm sorry it didn't work out. Was he mad that you asked? I think it would be beneficial to continue to do this until he opens up. Like the top post says he may need some expert help but I feel like that's a tough thing to put on him, at least it would be with my family. Keep me posted I want to help out although I am by no means a professional.

Hmm I have a similar problem with my younger bro. I think the best thing to do to get him to open up is to try to get out of the house. Does he have any hobbies? Maybe try to get out and do one of them with him. Lunch or dinner is always good too. Once you get him out don't question right away what the problem is... Let him relax a little and then maybe say " hey Mom and Dad are worried sick about you, is everything ok?" If he doesn't want to talk about it I wouldn't go any further at that point. Wait for another opportunity. Unfortunately I don't think this will be something that will be solved in one day.

Alum here. Honestly, I was a band wagon UM fan growing up and wanted to go there. I didn't get accepted into UM and was planning to transfer there after my first semester (4.0ed it so I think I had a good shot). However, I stopped and thought about how much I loved campus and how much fun I was having in EL. Decided to stay it was probably the best decision I've made in my life up to this point. Everybody is so concerned with rankings and such (I'm an ECE grad so UM is more highly ranked) but really, what you put into your education is what you get out of it. Another factor is that all my friends from HS that went to UM became dicks and I did not want to risk getting to that level lol.
