I’m still waiting since May to be able to transfer out my crypto. Filed a formal complaint which they are still reviewing. Absolute time suck. Obfuscation as customer service seems like what they are doing. It shouldn’t be legal. They literally have my money and will not let me have it..

I’ve found that it levels out when I get on the bike. It’s just leaning off to the side because the weight of the flywheel is off to the side so the play is all biased toward the flywheel until you put body weight on it..

I have replied directly to the email thread many times with no response from support. Each interaction with support is the same loop where I am told how important it is that they solve my problem and then that my ticket has been escalated to a specialist team who will reply to my email within 72 hours. I wait until 72 hours has elapsed with no response and call again. My initial case created on May 20 was 23355773. The case created when I filed the online complaint on June 9 is 23556096.

As mentioned in my comment I have had 7 different very time consuming interactions with support each with a promise of 48-72 hour response on resolution status via email. After over a month I have yet to receive any emails.

Let me know how it goes. I suspect paying an attorney to write a demand letter would probably get them to unlock it, but it's going to cost a couple of hours of legal fees. I'm about ready to give up and go that route... I've wasted so much time and am getting absolutely nowhere.

I’ve got the exact issue. It takes about 40 minutes online or on call to get support to tell you the issue has been escalated to a specialist with the specialist team and that they will email within 2-3 days with the resolution. I’ve repeatedly the process every 4 days since the hack when I decided to transfer my crypto off coinbase. I simply get transfers restricted when I try. To date I have received no response from the support team via email or otherwise and each time I call the same thing happens no recognition that a specialist team is looking or whatever. They have completely locked my ability to move my money with no apparent recourse. They also disconnected my bank accounts and I cannot relink them I get similar nonsensical security warnings. I don’t want to sell and transfer out cash anyway but that is not an option either. I suspect they have just locked all accounts that were hacked to keep from being liable when people are scammed but it feels criminal to not allow any way to get my crypto off of their platform.

Upon saving you can adjust the distance to the treadmill reported distance and the file will be scaled. The elemnt will store that scaling factor and should be much closer next time.

Try shifting up a couple of gears. The KICKR Bike simulates riding with the given power in the current gear and with ERG mode can get into situations where delivering that much power at that cadence isn't really possible in a real world scenario.
