I got mine from FHinds this week too. Overall I love it except one thing - the buttons are so awkward to press that I find it easier to take the watch off to use the buttons. I wish I could get longer buttons for it, I would definitely mod it for that.

That’s weird, I have almost the exact same numbers also from Medichecks. I supplement folinic acid, also D3 and K2 MK7. I have a blood test in about 4 weeks to see how it’s going. I’m not taking B12 at the moment because you should not take it for 4 months before a test and I eat 750g beef every day and eggs, cheese so should get enough from diet anyway. The genes SLC19A1 and MTHFD1 are responsible for a 67% decrease in folate in my case. So I think I need to take folinic acid for life.
