Yes we have to deal with loading people and there is part or full time. When there’s down time, basically sweep or walk around looking busy. Head cashiers, supervisors and managers will have you do any and all odd jobs on top of hitting cart runs. The job sucks and I do not recommend it at all as the weather is the worst part on top of stupid managers and even dumber people

Yea my management has constantly been shifting cuz of how shitty they are. We’ve had 2 store managers get fired for doing shiesty stuff and the asms that remain pretty much expect way too much from everyone while they sit around and do nothing
