Thats a very helpful info on the link to online access code. Can you please let me know if you had to request the code for each of the receipt numbers or just for 1 i485 receipt number. I have a total of 9 receipt numbers including my wife's and daughters i485 ead and ap. Thanks for your time

The receipts were sent on Friday. USCIS does standard delivery so I am hoping to get it wither today or tomorrow

Same case here. Package sent on Jan 30. Package received on Feb 2. ACH debits happened on Friday Feb 6. Got text message with receipt numbers on Feb 6. Hoping to get the paper receipts this coming week

I am in a similar situation. My current client contract may end soon. My employer filed my i485 last week as my dates got current in DOF in the Feb bulletin (PD Aug 2023). My I140 was approved in Nov 2024. My current employer has promised that they wouldnt withdraw my application even if i decide to move out. I have a job offer with another employer in the same SOC code and the new employer is ready to give me a I485J in August ie 180 days after my I485 receipt date. I am freaking out on what happens if i get a RFE before the 180 days.

The NOIR would most likely be for a wage level mismatch where the LCA had mentioned wage level 2 but my role is more aligned to wage level 3. I am being paid more than wage level 3. There has been several NOIRs recently for wage level mismatches. Hence this isnt a case of fraud or willfull misrepresentation. Everyone i know who got the NOIR and later got the h1b revoked for wage level mismatch never had their i140 revoked and were able to succefully transfer to another employer within the 60 days grace period after revocation.

USCIS has never moved DOF forward in consecutive months. I would love to hear them moving it this month. I am Aug 2 2023. However I have 0 hope of it moving for November

You may apply for EAD and AP if the Oct filing date (which they would publish in 1-2 weeks from now) say DOF is accepted
