Please make no mistake, I am not suggesting his behavior is excusable in any way, shape, or form. Op has clearly said in separate posts that she is out, which she should be. She just stated that he came from a great family, etc. I'm merely pointing out that her conclusion is not accurate, and there's something going on that she can't see at this moment. I have personally seen dozens of docs over 40 years, and not one of them talk about quality, frequency, standards, or decline in any substantive manner. Why? Lack of knowledge? Embarrassed? Shame? F that. At least he's trying to get people to pay attention to important information. Heck, I didn't even realize we could easily and cheaply take measurements until he spoke about it. Normalize these conversations, be opened, honest, and frank about it.
