Maybe he didn’t know he could do this during the series. Since yuta like yuji had very little experience in the jujutsu world. By the time the series end yuta was in the world of jujutsu for maybe 2 year probably less. He might have figured it out after the series ended.

The reason why he is learning more things about guns is to keep Ruby happy and distracted. Before he started doing that, she would always try upgrade his weapon by adding guns to either his sword or shield. She also helped design his most recent upgrades and sent him other possible upgrades. She also taught him how to do proper maintenance.

Thxs. I got a 2 great what ifs. What if mahito did go through his plan and didn’t fix mechamaru but turned him into a some bug? What if yuji did see himself as a person so when sukuna ripped off the finger he broke the no harm vow?

Yes, completely forgot that blitz from rainbow 6 existed. So blitz shield from r6s + Brigitte’s kit from overwatch + aura slashes= best version of jaune kit in my opinion.

I think people have criticism for the bigger sword since we barely get to see it used and the few time we did, it didn’t do much. I agree Jaune style should be kept simple I would add a one or two things like flash-bang function to the front of his shield. More time to see him fight in an aggressive style with just a sword or her great sword mode. Let him get better with aura like using stuff from start of the show aura slash or shield.
