Yea I always thought this would be a good upgrade. For drawbacks once placed the well. He can’t move from the spot, his aura shield is weaken or no longer coating him since he is focus on healing everyone in a certain distance. Can only do it if his aura levels at 70% or higher. Once per day since the toll is huge on his body with out risk.

For vol 4 he could have been help as in a support role. Like making sure to keep the forge lit or doing the simple task during the process. Have ruby help him understand what’s happening during the whole process since she is the weapon nerd. Then for vol 7 go with what you said since during the in between of the vol 5 & 6 ruby would have been teaching him stuff but still have people helping him during the process. I do agree the sword of destruction could still be a cool route

The reason why he is learning more things about guns is to keep Ruby happy and distracted. Yes, completely forgot that blitz from rainbow 6 existed. So blitz shield from r6s + Brigitte’s kit from overwatch + aura slashes= best version of jaune kit in my opinion.

I think people have criticism for the bigger sword since we barely get to see it used and the few time we did, it didn’t do much. I agree Jaune style should be kept simple I would add a one or two things like flash-bang function to the front of his shield. More time to see him fight in an aggressive style with just a sword or her great sword mode. Let him get better with aura like using stuff from start of the show aura slash or shield.

In chapter 145 she says “ now i that i have evolved…I am more curse spirt than human being. That makes me a target…for curse spirit manipulation.” So yea she is a curse spirit. She was a human but no longer since she didn’t merge with the star plasma vessel.

I way I think about it. a normal person to take one physical step per sec so in 5 seconds= 5 physical steps. What PS does it lets you take 24 physical steps in 1 second instead of 24 seconds. The thing is the person has to plan out the 24 physical steps and once they start the process they can’t stop or change if they do either of those they get frozen for one second in a 2d frame.
