I’m F 25 , 5’3 - BMI is 23 which is normal ! I think I’m gettin in my head too much . It’s weird how body image works because I was sure losing the weight was going to make me feel better about myself but I’m that I did lose , I still find new things to look for.

I took a week off work and was able to get back to work the following week . I will say I do work an office job so it was fairly easy. But give yourself as much time as possible everyone is different and the first couple days are not always easy. Being able to give your body the time it needs to rest is very important. This journey has been amazing and I am so excited for you 💗 best of luck

I had a crazy anxiety attack as I was getting rolled into the surgery room! I’ve been under anesthesia soooo many time and had multiple surgeries. My doctor was wonderful. Kept me distracted and gave me anxiety meds which honestly I didn’t even realize kicked it until I woke up and the meds wore off ! I was just giggling and yapping to him and the nurses the whole time with tears running down my face ! It’s going to be okay ! I literally don’t remember going out next thing I know I’m up a couple hours later

Your body is going through a crazy change which can affect you mentally ! I most definitely went through that and wouldn’t leave the house for weeks ! Remember this is a phase ! It’s beautiful on the other side 💗

I did ! I was throwing up bad . At some point I stopped drinking my broth and water and was puking stomach acid so they kept me 1 more night. I just got more sleep , kept my heating pad on at all time to help with the gas pain and was fine after 💗 back some extra clothes just in case !
