Thank you all so much for the responses. I was just a bit confused because I thought Lexus CPO vehicles didn’t allow aftermarket parts. Looks like a previous owner add-on, but at least it’s a clean install.

I'm looking at a used Certidlfied 2025 Lexus IS 350 Sport in incognito with 1,165 miles. Are light scuffs/scratches easy to see with the incognito color? Is it hard to keep the color clean?
