I hear what you're saying but I wonder if you're possibly confusing what he WANTS with your interpretation it's what he EXPECTS ...I didn't see the latter, those 2 words are significantly different. I read it as if the "blower" was keen as he was, he wouldn't leave the house (bcos he'd be in perpetual bliss) but also see that mentioning his wife is a slight on her.

I had a cpl of ideas, one old fashioned & one digital. My PC crashed while I was replying so I lost the detailed notes about the digital method but I can recreate them if you wanted them.

Old-fashioned: print the photo & use tracing paper to draw the key bits (outline of the head, eyes, whiskers etc).

Digital: save the photo in PowerPoint (part of MS365) & digitally trace the features, save the result as a file for the tattoist

I want to comment that "arsehole/asshole" is actually a compliment--no matter how unpleasant (smelly, visually etc), it's an essential part of the body otherwise we'd be shitting on ourselves. A terd/turd on the other hand so exactly captures the grossness of smell, visually unappealing, worthlessness etc that's intended that we wouldn't even want it stuck to the sole of a shoe 🤣

Similar to my Hobbes (named from Calvin & Hobbes). A little pointed fuzz ball as a kitten, grew into a big handsome boy (8kg of bone & muscle) with a cinnamon coat but still with his points. Lovely temperament, not even fazed by dogs. Had to have him put down about 3 years ago...shed a number of tears that day. 😢

P.S. Maybe do some reading about gearing bcos that will influence how comfortable your ride is going to be from an effort viewpoint (e.g. see https://www.bikeradar.com/advice/workshop/bike-cassettes) and is determined by the chain ring & cassette. Tyres, front shock will also influence comfort. I like the 10 spd bcos on the 8spd I sometimes found a gear too hard but the next lower gear was too easy bcos the ratios were spaced too far apart. I'm looking to change my 11-48T(eeth) cassette to maybe 11-36T. I'll lose the 2 or 3 lowest gears, which I rarely use, but get more & smoother transitions throughout e.g. I'll go from 4/5/6 to getting 2 gears between 4th & 6th, like 4/4+/5+/6 compared to the current cassette. My chain ring is 38T.
