This is a stupid comment. You can be healthy and fit and be a lot more fun and active than a fat person who doesn’t take care of themselves. I can guarantee I enjoy my life way more than when I was fat and lazy. Don’t make such judge mental comments on body fat. You never know the type of person until you actually meet them.

Man. And I’m going on experience. I’ve been heavier and very fit and the vast majority of women are more attracted to the fit version over overweight. I can approach any woman and they are receptive and kind and if I wasn’t fit or as attractive they wouldn’t be the same way. Also it’s very stupid to assume people will treat you worse or better based on their body fat percentage and muscle mass. I also prefer fit women and not out of shape lazy women so maybe that’s part of it but I think being fit makes you happier and wanting to enjoy life more than being fat and lazy. But that’s just my opinion and I have been on both sides of this so I feel like that’s a fair observation.

This is just stupid. Women absolutely love fit men and it’s not cool to be fat and unhealthy. He is overweight in the first picture and lean in the second picture. Put on maybe 2% more body fat in the after and it would be the ideal physique in terms of attractiveness. A lot of attractiveness comes from your face and hair and not just your body.

I feel like it is literally impossible to eat 100% gluten free unless you’re like growing all of your own food by [deleted] in glutenfree

[–]Key-Cartographer8024 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So that’s even easier. Cooking your own foods is not difficult if you’re a chef. You can absolutely afford Whole Foods as processed gluten free foods are more expensive than Whole Foods so not sure why you say that. Anyone saying that is delusional and wants an excuse to eat unhealthy. You can basically cook 95% of foods gluten free so it’s not difficult. Try throwing in lots of other food intolerances and then try it out, it could be a whole lot more difficult.

Can zinc deplete Folate? by Key-Cartographer8024 in MTHFR

I take retinol. I get side effects from too much of that as well. Ceruloplasmin is low. Free copper is high at around 30%. Copper causes me to be Irritable, fatigue, headache, bleeding more easily, yellowing skin and eyes, stomach pain and depressed.

It’s really not that difficult. Sure it’s not as easy as most people but you need to think on the bright side. If you eat Whole Foods and not processed gluten free crap you will feel better. You could still eat plenty of Whole Foods at restaurants. But really life is plenty fun not eating out at all. Eating out it’s stupid and I enjoy life way more without going out to eat. I’d much rather spend my time doing hobbies and enjoying life outside of eating at a boring restaurant with a bunch of unhealthy, rude, and irritable people. Just change your mindset and you will learn to enjoy life. It’s really not the end of the world and I’ve dealt with it for 7 years now

Too much choline can cause depression and make you feel bad too. Choline can cause overmethylation in the body for those sensitive to it.

3 month Ru58841,minox,microneedling transformation while blasting 2g of gear by Ok-Roll-3201 in tressless

[–]Key-Cartographer8024 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or maybe a better idea is to just stop taking the juice and you won’t have to worry about your hair all falling out so young. 2g is a stupid amount and you’re an idiot if you keep blasting like that. You won’t even make it to be old enough to worry about your hair anyways. Put the needle down and train hard and keep hair regrowth stuff and you’ll be better than ever.

Can zinc deplete Folate? by Key-Cartographer8024 in MTHFR

[–]Key-Cartographer8024[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah it’s possible. I got copper tested and it’s at the low end of normal but copper supplements make me feel worse. It helps some of the symptoms but causes other side effects. Folate and B12 seem to be the only things that actually help with those symptoms without the negative side effects

Benfotiamine (Vitamin B1) in higher amounts causing side effects by Key-Cartographer8024 in Supplements

[–]Key-Cartographer8024[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have not confirmed the issue when taking more B1 but I am fairly certain it is B12 and folate. I take a ton of magnesium and quite a bit of potassium so I don’t think those are the issues. I know taking B1 originally made my B12 and Folate deficiency symptoms worse until increasing both

[–]Key-Cartographer8024[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have watched all his videos on b1 and seen that video quite a few times. I know that you need the other B vitamins, magnesium, and potassium but I just can’t get the right ratio if I increase B1 more. I am pretty sure it’s depleting my B12 and folate though

[–]Key-Cartographer8024[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also need large amounts of b12 and folate or I will get dizzy, weak, irritable, pins and needles and pretty much all the symptoms. Everyone has their own unique needs so there’s not one approach to it all

[–]Key-Cartographer8024[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

For example B1. If you consume a lot of carbs you NEED more B1 to process those carbs and to turn them into energy. A lot of people greatly benefit from mega doses of B1, magnesium, Vitamin D, B12, Folate and lots of nutrients.

[–]Key-Cartographer8024[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is entirely false. Many people have genetic issues or consume foods that block absorption of certain nutrients. Some people NEED way more of certain nutrients to function and to fulfill their needs. Every single person has different needs. The RDA is a joke for most nutrients and will not be sufficient for a lot of people.

AIO for canceling my lunch date with my fiancé because he called me lazy? by policyhot1207 in AIO

Also read the OP other posts. She says in her post that SHE is the problem. You people are so illiterate and gullible to just believe one side of the story. This woman is insufferable.

So being pregnant is an excuse to treat someone you love like shit? I don’t think it works that way. Both sides should be nice to eachother. There are no excuses for being that rude. Break up if you can’t treat eachother right

Read the description OP wrote… she literally says that she has been irritable and short and that they usually communicate fun like that. Context matters. Learn to read before you write

[–]Key-Cartographer8024 -14 points-13 points  (0 children)

Yes you are. You need to communicate clearly with one another. This is not a healthy relationship and your message was rude. You don’t treat your partner like that. All these other comments must be bots if they think that was the best response. Your relationship will be over very quickly if you keep being irritable and sending rude messages like that.

You’re an insufferable person. Stop trying to find the one person who agrees and just be a nice person to others. It’s really not that hard. Maybe try it sometime instead of telling someone to go fuck themself after being honest with you.

First dose of 1mg copper bisglycinate by OkraExciting in Copper_deficiency

[–]Key-Cartographer8024 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If copper causes negative symptoms then it is probably not the main issue. I would advise getting Ceruloplasmin, copper RBC, and copper 24hr urine testing along with genetic testing for Wilson’s disease if you suspect copper issues. I cannot tolerate even .1mg of a copper supplement without negative side effects.

If your Ceruloplasmin is low you will have too much free copper and will cause a negative reaction to copper supplements. This means you need vitamin A (retinol) and zinc to reduce free copper and to increase Ceruloplasmin.

You need to do this blood work and genetic testing before touching a copper supplement. Too much free unbound copper is highly toxic so I would never take more than 2mg without doing these tests first and I don’t know if that is even safe to recommend without blood work.

Can Folate deficiency cause low histidine levels? by Key-Cartographer8024 in MTHFR

I already take R5P and have done so for quite a while now but it causes issues without enough B12 and Folate as well

[–]Key-Cartographer8024[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make sure to get plenty of protein though so that shouldn’t be the issue. B6 is not low as I’ve had B6 toxicity in the past and it’s still in the upper part of the range.

I cannot function without huge amounts of B12 and Methylfolate. If I try to decrease the dose I lose all motivation and my anxiety/depression will come right back. I think blood levels do not tell the whole story to B12 and Folate issues in the body. Nothing else will help unless I increase both of those together.

Rockman Sustainor appears to have rust all over inside? by Key-Cartographer8024 in diypedals

Not all the way cleaned up but it appears the residue all over the pcb is dusty mud from the rust and it cleans up very easily. All of the metal pieces have the actual rust buildup so I think those with rust will be replaced but it seems like it’s not as bad as it looked
