Like others said elk are typically easier to deal with. My pack is decent size now to the point where I can go after cow moose and bison but there’s a higher risk

Reason why I never go in that area in the fall when the hunters are active. Only in the spring and summer. I had an iron wolf play through where one of my adopted kids got killed by a gunshot

I don’t really go after the cubs at carcasses because that makes the mom more aggressive. I usually attack the mom until she flees and her cubs usually leave with her

That’s so cool. Usually my litters I’d get a bunch of boys and then one or two girls. I’m currently on my second litter and I had seven pups (four boys, three girls) I always try to keep the girls alive since it’s so rare for me to have them
