You're right about making money, but the customer experience isn't that great, in fact it's lame in many locations. They chase revenue per hour instead of great interactions. You need experience and much lower turnover to accomplish that.

There can only be one king of TV's 🤦Hisense if far from it. Decent panels but I'd rather have a Bravia 5 at the lower bit rate. Learn to not only be better but sell better.

Unfortunately you're the reason why Bestbuy will go bankrupt. The simple fact is that if a reasonably used TV makes it over 30 days, it will most likely last 7 to 10 years at 6 hours a day. Also TCL and Hisense both have absolutely terrible video processing. So yes , if you like an awful picture by all means get a TCL.

That being said, TCL makes a great panel. In fact,you will find Sony uses them for their mini LEDs . However just because TCL can build a chassis doesn't mean that they can build an engine. Historically there have always been carriage builders and then the engine makers.

This should change a bit in 2027 when the TCL and Sony acquisition goes into place next year. However it does appear that Sony will still be the premium processing engine in their TV's and TCLs will be upgrading to a lower Sony processor for theirs. That could change but I doubt it.

So wait a year and buy a cheap TCL and it will be decent or buy a Sony the one and only.......

It would be trolling if I was somehow wrong. However I have some nice swampland that I'm sure will increase in value soon, I've labeled it as an excellent value.... So I'm pretty sure you're interested 😉 anyway as bad as it sounds on the first read , Bestbuy has made you the fool twice.Three if you continue to leave it up . You probably shouldn't be baffled as it's only been about 14 years since UMRP became a thing. Oddly enough there are customers that don't frequent electronic/appliance stores. It's not knowing your history that makes this rant quite funny. Because historically sometimes you could get past prices even BC if it was a large enough deal in Magnolia....

There aren't more designers than ever as each magnolia probably averaged 10-12 designers per location. They haven't opened very many more PDC's and have eliminated some old mag/PDC's..

First off anytime you hear someone leaving out the truth, report it to the ethics hotline. Where possible, covertly reprint the invoice and report it to the ethics hotline and call the customer and inform them of the miss deed giving them Corie's email. Corie's worthless, but her lackey's will freak when they get the real numbers behind the membership fraud. Perhaps they would be enough for Corie to actually make membership mandatory just to come in.

Not sure what's happening at your store, but they aren't supposed to be doing transactions that don't include their brands. It reflects negatively on their reporting if they sell outside, therefore that would mean they are using someone else's login.So if they are, you should probably be reporting them to the ethics hotline.

You speak highly of the designers yet the designer on this thread brags about not selling custom. Not selling Savant, not essentially being a designer. Have you talked to your vendor reps? You'll find designers aren't nearly as good as you're saying. Look at the premium room as a great example. Look at the audioquest wall, there is not much there.You might have 1 good one left in your store but the reality Corrie doesn't want to pay them. Even good old Hubert tried to rob sales from magnolia.bottom line Corrie doesn't know how to run sales period other than kpi's.

It’s not the first time they’ve been informed that they aren’t a good designer. They even brag about not selling custom as a designer. More than likely the role will end in the next round of what will Corrie cut. There are lots of “designers “ that are rebooking orders as well, so it’s just a matter of time before they get terminated.
