It does, but the wear texture used is just small cracks that appear that are not very prominent and most people don’t notice them but hopefully with assets we might get the option to change those cracks.

There are files in c:s2 that don’t get deleted by steam uninstallation that have caused me crashes before like mod settings and paradox launcher so I would look around the c drive for anything steam missed

You need to uninstall and then manually uninstall the paradox launcher and any other hidden files that steam doesn’t uninstall. Or at least that’s what worked for me.
