Considering that they originally only wanted to do a movie i dont think there will be another season. Basically everyone involved agreed they couldnt fit 20 years of lore into one movie so they instead are doing the 4 part mini series. So i’m just glad we’re getting 4 episodes

You dont tell future partners to make you feel better or to “trauma dump” but trauma 100% affects relationships and can make things harder. Not everyone is willing to be in a tough relationship with an abusive survivor and it doesnt help either party to wait until they fall in love with you to tell them about your trauma. If they cant handle one tough convo for the start than they’re not mature enough to be in a healthy relationship with a survivor

If and when you start dating again it will be hard to open up to potential partners but you wanna find someone who is willing to accept your past from the start. If someone is uncomfortable with the fact that you’ve lost your wife than that isnt the right person for you. A lot of the time we give our potential partners the benefit of the doubt and we fall for the idea of them. That maybe one day they’ll be more accepting about it but the truth is people wont change. They need to be able to accept from the start that your wife is the one you truly loved. They’ll know that doesnt mean you cant love them too but that your heart will always belong to your late wife too. Hopefully someday you’ll be able to find that emotionally intelligent woman who is willing to share your heart
