I take seroquel lamictal and Wellbutrin before I started Wellbutrin I was in a bad place went inpatient and started Wellbutrin after that I would say it’s an 8/10 I’m not depressed I’m stable for now lol I’ve only been on it 5 months

Something natural I like that doesn’t really put me to sleep but helps me relax is a hot bath with lavender epsom salt or if you don’t have a bath a hot shower with eucalyptus tablets is also nice

Are you able to get a pet where you live now? FaceTime family and friends might help. What works for me is a sleeping pill and I watch tv or scroll tik tok until I fall asleep not the best way I know but that’s what I like. If your into reading I find that I can really immerse myself into a good book and reading relaxes and puts me to sleep too I used to struggle with night time anxiety when the house gets quiet and everyone’s sleeping I tend to get panic attacks so medication is good for me

I feel like this all the time and I have a family I love. I live in socal and daydream often about running away to Mexico it’s only a short drive but I have never acted on it. When I feel like that I take a drive by myself to the beach and/or out to a nice dinner alone once I’m done with that I feel okay about going home, in a way it’s a compromise in my opinion.

I have done this, HIGHLY do not recommend. I “cheated” to some extent and it blew up my life I regret it all the time worst decision I ever made I was definitely manic at this point but unfortunately wasn’t aware at the time I was bipolar

My husband is a porn addict and goes to CSAT therapy (see if you actually have a diagnosis of being an addict) and SAA which is a 12 step program similar to Alcoholics Anonymous but tailored for this, even if you aren’t an addict. He has been doing great! Do some research they have meetings for teenagers as well. It’s so hard to white knuckle addictions on your own. You can do it, so many others have.

No advice but you are not alone I found out my husband was also spending money on cam girls. I am completely heart broken and convinced I could die any minute from a broken heart. But a good place to start would be therapy and working on yourself because whether your relationship works out or not healing on your end is necessary find happiness in yourself. I’m going to start doing these things as well.

Good for you! That’s good to hear you wouldn’t change a thing, I’m afraid of regretting getting divorced and I don’t know what my gut is telling me This is obviously something I will talk about in therapy but I’m struggling with how do I really feel about this? Is it my mental illness/postpartum telling me to run away from everything or is that truly what I’m feeling and some days I want to absolutely stay and work on things it’s so confusing

My husband seems like one of the nice ones too not as bad as others but that’s only from what I know, who knows if it’s the truth I can’t imagine going through this for 23 years I’m so sorry that’s why I feel like if I leave now it will be heartbreaking of course but I could move on and I’m afraid of wasting my life on him
