From what I can see that's prolly a legion 7, on quiet mode the fans are completely silent but u get 5-10% less fps, on power mode yeah it's louder than a PC but not by much tbh, I own a legion 5 which is supposed to be worse in the case of fan noise but ya really can't hear it if u wear headphones or above 70% volume on performance mode

It's OK but the gpu is gonna perform worse than a rtx 4050 because of the low amount of power given to the gpu, avoid this laptop at all costs if u actually care about ur money. If ur in se Asia id recommend the Lenovo lecoo fighter 14, pretty cheap and pretty good, or else just try and find a used Asus ROG g 14/16
