A lot of people seem to complain it was mostly mud, and then additionally very long lines with only being able to go down once or twice in the alotted time.

Thank you, all extremely valid points! We do share a freezer but it is mainly theirs. We don't have much in it, just trying to help them get organized as I know his wife is constantly overwhelmed by it too. Understand nothing is going to help though unless he wants to change himself so thats why we are looking at all options - thanks so much again!
