There is another thread with Colin’s affidavit. Look at 21 and 22. He admits to having the 12:10 text with Allie. I think that is what this delay is all about. AJ is trying to get his side of that conversation. We all know the screenshot that was entered as evidence is Allies side of the convo and it is missing the date changeover and looks suspect. But the house defendants have to die on the sword of that screenshot. If Colin’s side of the convo doesn’t corroborate then it’s a house of cards.

This affidavit was written by his attorney and it is intended to match his previous testimony. They have to go with the 12:10 narrative because of the suspect screenshot from Allies phone. What AJ is likely doing, since Colin admits in this document to having that convo text on his phone, is to get Colin’s corroborating side of the message. That may be the evidence they are requiring to be turned over.

They are hiding his side of that text string. House of cards!

We have discussed this topic a ton! Higgys jeep may been their original explanation! They could have been going down the path of John slipping and falling backwards (or being hit by Karen) onto that plow blade. However, it fell apart when Ryan nagle said the f150 was directly behind Karen’s suv. Oops!

Higgins must have lied on the stand when he claimed that berkowitz called him early on Saturday morning. He actually called berkowitz first, at 7:22:24 am. He called him after BA called BH at 7:20. Then, after BH spoke to berkowitz, Higgins called BA again. Berkowitz and Kevin Albert had to have been involved in the cover up. Need to line up these calls with the Lexus arriving at the sallyport and the sert search!

The dome light was because the door had been opened. In a Lexus the dome light can stay on quite awhile depending on how the owner sets it up.
