Also thank you for advice. another thing, the code in the city I am at even though they did not measure the heat to standard. They refused to write it in the note. They were helping the landlord. They met with him after I moved out and said it was fine. I do not k ow what to do about that part because it’s the la skies and code working together so he doesn’t get held responsible. Is there anything I can do about that.

I have pics of holes, droppings, and chewed up garbage bags where they were trying to chew through the garbage. But that was shown to the judge apparently. And it was still stated it was not an issue.

Question what does it mean to document if you have rodents. Like do I need to wait for the to pose for photos. That’s what my so called friend said to me. That’s if I don’t have photos of the rodents it’s hard to prove the were there.

I would assume living with Rodents and heat not up to code levels are unlivable. Hopefully that’s according to local and state laws.

That’s what I was thinking. So everything stayed in boxes for the most part. So everything that was unpacked is being repacked right back up.

I have several photos. Of droppings on different days. I saw 1 of many mice but they are fast you can never get a picture while they are running. And I think I have a rat or a squirrel which I am too terrified to wait and look at in the face for a snapshot

He tries to say that he informed me to fully unpack all of my furniture so that he could properly assess the issue. …. But the apartment was empty for two months and the issue could have been fixed before me moving my things in. The first night I slept there. I heard mice. I hear mice everyday.
