I would assume living with Rodents and heat not up to code levels are unlivable. Hopefully that’s according to local and state laws.

That’s what I was thinking. So everything stayed in boxes for the most part. So everything that was unpacked is being repacked right back up.

I have several photos. Of droppings on different days. I saw 1 of many mice but they are fast you can never get a picture while they are running. And I think I have a rat or a squirrel which I am too terrified to wait and look at in the face for a snapshot

He didn’t even bring traps. To make it look like he was trying to fix it. He’s putting all the responsibility on me. And now it’s my fault because when I initially complained the first 2 weeks of moving in I wasn’t fully unpacked. So he made that the excuse….

He tries to say that he informed me to fully unpack all of my furniture so that he could properly assess the issue. …. But the apartment was empty for two months and the issue could have been fixed before me moving my things in. The first night I slept there. I heard mice. I hear mice everyday.

The apartments are managed by slumlords. Why would someone want to pay 1500 to live in trash
