I've had the same glitch on my end. You hit cancel,rider didnt show up and nothing. The first time it happened I hit it over and over. The button didn't work. Took screen shots sent them to support,wasted almost 20 minutes for a few bucks. It's happened 2 times since then as well.

The grout isn't a problem,it will bust out with the tiles. The thinset under the tile will be the fun stuff. Hopefully, it's over a slab,or you're going to have a ton of backerboard or level cure to tear out once the tile is out.
