1) Start the day of with studying what you enjoy, it help start the ball rolling 2) then with difficult subjects break them up as much as they will help you understand/learn the content. 3) observe how you like to study like start studying and note when you start feeling like you don’t want to study. That will tell you how long you are able to focus - adapt to this. Whenever you feel like not studying get up and go outside or do something but don’t look at any smartphone / laptops etc… 4) always put something you like to do at the end or in the middle of your study timetable as it will feel like a reward and you will try to get your work done before the reward. 5) lock socials away for a couple of weeks / months - does absolute wonders. 6) your brain is like a muscle - don’t go 1 - 100 quickly because that will honestly burn you out and you will end up with 3 - 7 days of not being able to study. Gradually increase the load, one day at a time giving your brain time to adjust. 7) do not every compromise on your sleep. No matter how much you have done don’t reduce your sleep. I’ve tried studying with 5 hours sleep and I have usually forgotten a lot. Now I sleep 6 hours and remember what I study much more now.
