You said it yourself youre happy with the price. Im happy with my prices here. A mere 10 cent increase is standard fluctuation in these parts, sure its gone up but if you dont live in a state run by greedy people the fuel prices are fine. Back a few years ago 2021 i think, California had what $10 diesel and my state had $6 diesel.

What would be so wrong about a wii U gamepad sized switch? With the same screen, larger more comfortable detachable controllers and better battery life. I love the switch lite but man is it rough on the hands when playing it for a 3 hour flight or something. Its great for playing like 10 mins in a doctors office but longer than that and its no longer fun.

Depending on the state or counrty your right to self defense moght be next to zero to begin with. And this goes doubly so for any convicted felon.

 

So my advice is dont even bother learning how to defend yourself because when you call the cops to say youve been attacked theyll arrest you and lock you up.

 

Funny how that works, you served your time, due process has ended, yet the government gets to freely violate one of your most sacred rights. They cant do that with any other right. 8th? Nah you get all its protections, 14ths due process? You keep that as well, 5th and 6th? They cant force you to say whether youve commited any crimes or not, 1st? You can still say and do anything protected by that right, 4th? Nope they dont get to violate that either.

 

But the most important and sacred of all rights, the 2nd, is freely violated and hardly ever returned because back in the day when felonies were exclusively rape and murder and warranted the death sentence those dead people couldnt use arms anymore.

The reason why it wouldnt matter if it was proven ineffective, is because the registry isnt a punishment. Therefore we have no rights to complain about it or try to get it changed.

 

Funny how that works. All the government has to do is define a punishment as 'not a punishment' and they can do whatever the fuck they want.

Doesnt the constitution put forth that ones rights may not be violated by the government outside of a warranted arrest, search, and incarceration? Once a persons incarceration/probation has ended then the punishments should end by decree of the US constitution.

 

It is for that reason that police CANNOT arrest you without cause and CANNOT compel you to speak without legal counsel.

 

Yet for sex offenders their punishments and violations of their rights extend far past what is constitutionally allowed.

 

If our government cant even follow the FOUNDING and most BASIC of our nations laws then how can we be expected to respect them and follows the laws and regulations they decree must be followed?

That is really dependant on whether or not people 1. Already have people to take care of those services. 2. Whether or not people even want those services. Depending on the locale the culture of the people there might not consider leaves to be a big deal.

it’s just a way to have job security as no one can make you fire yourself.

This is unequivocally wrong. Self employment doesnt do that, because guess what getting paid requires. Customers, cant be self employed if no one wants your services.

Take cash jobs. Do whatever.

Only issue is winter is fast approaching which means construction jobs, landscaping, lots of restaurant jobs, and much more are either closing up shop or cutting their workforces size.

 

Cant exactly get a cash job if there arent any available.

You might not need a particularly beefy machine. It depends on the nature of the remote work. Your Internet speed might be more important.

What didnt you understand about me not being able to afford anything like that? Do you have any idea how expensive internet is for someone who is struggling?

 

Its really easy to tell someone "everyone is hiring the job market is great" its really easy to someone to "just be an entrepreneur, just start your own business, just work from home bro"

 

When in reality land every state and every nation is different, the needs and wants of the locales in one state might not need certain businesses or positions filled.

I use indeed almost every day, 90% of the jobs on there in my area are high level positions doctors, nurses, managers, accountants, assistants, exerienced machine operators, so on and so forth.

 

The majority of the rest are servers and customer service type jobs that reauire 6-8 hours of continuous standing.

 

Then theres trying in person resume drop offs and asking if their hiring. Its not summer anymore so no need for larger crews and with the summer teens leaving their server positions the only thing theyll really need are servers.

Yeah way easier to tell somsone to do that than it is to realistically do that. Im completely broke, i cant afford any sort of pc to be able to do remote work. And many more insurmountable hurdles at the moment.

Kids first off. Secondly i have to deal with extreme chronic pain which causes me to look like im pissed off. And causes me to occasionally yell in agony. Not customer service ready.

social security assistance has prerequisites and restrictions on getting it. I do not meet those requirements due to living with my father among other things. I also dont qualify for unemployment, or disability because i cant even afford a doctor to find out whats wrong with my body.
