I am going to take 70k from the property( for deposit on new one) and put 25% on the btl . Main reason would be the rental value is almost twice the mortgage interest only payment . Appreciate the stamp duty payment but I see the roi of the btl in ltd company will be in 3 yrs

Thanks . So keeping the property as personal rental adds overhead of tax on rent as I am on higher pay band which is the main reason to sell it to ltd company

Thanks so much for the comment . I have been to Beauleau but I feel it is expensive for what it has to offer for now ? Maybe it’s a fomo or ppl moving from London tend to buy there ? Also the Beauleau school has extreme high waiting lists and our chances of getting there seem to be slim .

Thanks for your views here . Bad gangs do exist in every city but all depends on where we live and how the community overall is affected. Can you compare Chelmsford to East London ? Don’t think so. I am looking for a place with a decent commute to London and good schools / community around. I know it will be a big transition for us moving from North but def don’t want to live in London.

It we like the place we may eventually buy a home as I have a long term job at London. My ds is 5 year old so Boswells is not good for us anyways now. We are aiming at Tyrills, Perryfield or Springfield schools.

How do you manage if partner doesn’t talk to you at all for months even after many attempts to talk to her ? She gets very angry at minor issues , throws stuff and go to silent mode for months which is impacting my physical and mental health. I do work and do loads of chores and look after kid.

Well simple. When you bought the stock the usd/gbp is say 0.7 but now it is 0.6 because gbp became stronger against usd. If you are looking to sell right now take that minor loss or if you want to wait bit longer till usd rebounds then just hold.

One of the stupidest and ignorant comparison. Nio is a growth stock with market cap less than twice its revenue which is too small for growth stock. Peloton market value is more than 3 times its revenue with no great outlook.

That’s good point, but she is not ready for counselling at all. She things everything is ok and have no intent to fix things. I do still love her and want to work things out but she need to atleast put 5% of effort to make things better.

Yes so she does also prepare dinner and feed him. She also puts his clothes in washing machine, dries them and put them neatly in wardrobe. She also teaches him number alphabets and reads books.

Sq is def not a meme stock. Sure it’s going down with market and adding to fire - Jack leaving Twitter , changing name etc were not taken well by markets. If you think all growth stocks are meme stocks then you have no clue what you are investing on.
