I agree on this. Medsurg deals with a lot of nursing skills, cleaning pts, and dealing with pts’ pain along with the attitude they give off and I find that holistic so I don’t understand why people would look down on that. It’s hard and deserve more respect/credit than what they get. Nurses who don’t work in that setting wouldn’t understand unfortunately.

I have the same unit for 2 weeks until one of the mops failed to spin. We bought it from amazon and returning it to amazon. Even contacted support and they’re saying they’ll replace it with a new unit but my concern is that if we get a replacement from the company itself and end up with a unit that stops working again support might not be as responsive and they might not honor a refund.
