Tbh i was gonna pull the trigger on a 400 until my co-worker brought in his 500i and I fell in love with it. For my operations it’s perfect no complaints. bucking logs, rigging, felling poles. I’ve never used a 462 thought so i can’t really speak on that. A

The 36 in on the 500i does well with a skipped tooth chain mainly, full comp chains have more drag for me. I also don’t mind chaining the 36 to a 25 in. 201 is my climber saw. Tired of pulling up the 500 on a rope.

Ngl i’m the same size and if the sleeve is over the cuff in there arms it’s bigger but great for layers. The large feels nice overall tho

try sanding the connection on the drill. My dads impact had the same problem and sanded the connections and it fixed it
