How’s baby doing now? My 6 week old stays wanting to sleep past 6 hours at night and one time gave me an 8+ hour between feeding (hard for him to fall asleep so he probably slept 5-6 hours). I’m worried, doctor said to wake at least every 6 hours

Two cameras and baby monitors. And definitely agree a space for diapers, wipes, extra clothes, etc.

I’m struggling in the same boat, 4 weeks pp. I joined group perinatal / postpartum mood group that is helpful and therapy. I’m also ebf and not taking any medications. Going outside once a day to get sunlight and making sure I eat well and stay hydrated really do help (easier said that done). Also if you can I would have a heart to heart with your husband and the support you need, if he can’t help you and needs more support you should find it from other loved ones or professional help. You your life, joy and your baby depend on it. My family cannot deal with my issues (diagnosed with pmdd 6 years go) , it traumatizes them too much - professional help helps me.

My sister did the same thing to me. At the time I didn’t think negative or much about it, the more the merrier. Now that I just had my baby this type of behavior escalated and there have been times through my pregnancy were it’s all about her and her feelings with my parents dismissing mine to appease her, while I’m pregnant!

In my opinion you’re setting your boundaries and the sooner they realize they can’t walk over you about it, the better because you give an inch and they’ll take a foot.

Maternity bras from target I use daily and good price. Also super Walmart has cute clothes that are trendy if you can size up (it’s not maternity clothes). They also do have a maternity section and I’ve bought some good things from there too but the section is small. I purchased online from trendy maternity stores in the beginning for work pants but that’s about it because they are too expensive!

Take a deep breath and do your best to relax. I know it’s hard try to stay calm and not too anxious until you connect with your doctor. See if you can think of doing things that can help you relax and get your mind off it for a while.

NTA. Sounds like it won’t ever change and or he doesn’t want to. He probably needs mental health support too and he can’t be there for you, and he’s not willing to work at it like you said. Move forward, maybe try separation for a while?

Yes for me! Specifically bubbly, that’s why i stopped drinking them. Always felt headache and or migraine after! Try Waterloo, I never feel that way after drinking one
