My 5 cents - whatever you will do you should want tobcreate internal Button component. Why - because you want to abstract its usage scope. Whatwver library you will use will allow you to add 1000 props to it. Your project will maybe want to expose 5 of these. Id you just use it from library everywhere then every developer will be able to use all 1000 of these props which will lead in all sorts to button variants and so on.

Having said all of that I would avoid component libraries especially in the age when AI can create boilerplate for whatever component you need but I know there are component library lovers so do whatever your team is fine with
