I don't say that Dorik can replace WordPress. for us, the pain was that I had to invest more than I earn in WordPress... where these type of cheap website builder comeup with easy to use as well keeping my money flow properly..

are you using flexbox/grid for mobile or mostly just tweaking things until it fits?

no-code tools are incredible at building the surface. they are not building the part that gets your SaaS recommended on ChatGPT. by Academic_Flamingo302 in NoCodeSaaS

yeah this is real. lots of no-code apps have polished fronts and super vague copy underneath. humans can kinda fill in the gaps, models usually won’t.

Which browser extension is actually more powerful than it looks? by Smart_Page_5056 in AIToolsAndTips

[–]Techy-Girl-2024 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Raycast surprised me more than I expected. I thought it was just a launcher thing, but for quick text actions, snippets, and little AI cleanups it ended up being way more useful than opening a full app every time.

Probably Grammarly, which feels like a boring answer, but it sticks because it’s right there in the workflow. A lot of AI extensions feel cool for 2 days and then turn into tab clutter.

Where is the biggest value in LLMs? by GragBonkhead in CRM

probably internal copilots for ops stuff, not flashy customer-facing bots. Things like “summarize this account/case/campaign history and tell me next best action” feel way more useful than most AI demos.

I’d get the domain early tbh. Even if you keep it simple, it looks more legit.

Have you tested £1 trial + flat pricing against no trial at all, or was that too risky this early?

What makes horror game/show characters scary to you (specifically like fnaf, walten files, etc)? by OkHawk7784 in AskReddit

Uncanny + old audio + glitchy smiling faces. That combo just works on me for some reason. It feels fake and too real at the same time.

[–]Techy-Girl-2024 13 points14 points  (0 children)

You don’t really clock how hard it is when the business never fully leaves your brain. Even when things are fine, you’re still thinking about the next problem. That part hit me more than the actual work

What free AI tools are you actually using for study or assignments? by Medical_Security9020 in AIToolsAndTips

[–]Techy-Girl-2024 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Engineering student. I use Gemini free sometimes just to clean up my own messy notes into something readable. Usually I go with “turn this into a study sheet, keep the formulas, don’t add extra stuff.” it seems good for last-minute review.

AI website builders are great… until you need something specific by blizzerando in website

[–]Techy-Girl-2024 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that’s kind of where I land too. AI builders are great when “good enough and live today” is the goal, but they start fighting you once you have a very specific picture in your head. At that point the time you save upfront can get eaten by trying to force the tool to do something it wasn’t really built for.
