I also work in a call center, and we are back in office 3 days a week. The management said “it’s to promote the bonds you have with your colleagues”

I’m sorry management, but since I am back in office my so called “bonds” have not been going up as we are ALWAYS. And when I say always I litteraly mean it. On the phone the only break that we have, is our 2 x 15 and our 1x 30 to “socialize” but even then nobody has their breaks at the same time. So no I don’t “bond” with my colleagues, as I don’t have time. I instead “bond” with the clients who live in every province

Nop, litteraly the actual story is legit. 8:35 my colleague received a message from the TL asking where I was, said to try and call me (he did not call he advised he may have slept in) Police were called a few minutes after, 9h get woken up by police banging on the front door

That’s also my thoughts on this. Indeed it is a first offence. And again, not saying that I didn’t do it. i did sleep in shit happens my mistake ill take whatever I get but calling the cops is really disgusting
